fotoxx merupakan salah satu software opensource yang cukup bagus untuk editing gambar. dapat di gunakan untuk mengedit foto, mengelola koleksi foto di hardisk dalam sekala besar. kita bisa mengubah warna, versi file, stack, panorama, mengedit metadata, memotong, mengurangi red eyes, mengurangi noise, mempertajam fuzzy, dan masih banyak lagi.
program ini mendukung format foto camera RAW(NEF, CR2, dll).  serta semua format gambar lainya seperti JPG, PNG, DNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP,dll. di 8 dan 16 bit warna.
